Stanley joined the Firm in 2000 and plays an integral role in the oversight of all accounting and finance functions, including the internal control systems, development of the annual operating budget, preparation of all financial and management reports, as well as tax and regulatory filings. Additionally, he is responsible for human resources management, handling payroll, employment policies and benefits. Stanley has extensive financial and managerial experience in the asset management industry. Before Stenham, he spent 2 years as an Audit Senior at accountancy firm, Grunberg & Co. and served as Chief Financial Officer at Gopeng Development Berhad from 1993 to 1998. Earlier in his career, Stanley held auditing and accounting positions at Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad, Bellman Messik, Cohen Arnold & Co. and Payne Davis & Co. Stanley is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and obtained his Bachelor of Economics (BEcon) from Monash University, Australia.
